Bruno Franceschi – Founder
Bruno writes fiction and nonfiction. He teaches English to 12–17-year-olds, and is an accomplished organizer of people and things. He loves hosting. Bruno’s interests include writing, performing, and community building. Current projects include a memoir and several short stories.

Jill Amari
Jill is a writer and environmental activist from Massachusetts, USA, now living in Paris. She has a B.A. in English and is currently querying her debut YA fantasy novel. Her day jobs include teaching English to children and adults and freelance writing for France-based magazines. After moving to Paris in 2023, she has found no end to the inspiring nature of the capital and the charm of French culture. E. K. Bartlett
E. K. Bartlett is a writer and translator. Their work has appeared in Rust + Moth, Asymptote, ANMLY, Pulp Poets Press, JetFuel Review, and more. They are currently working on an illustrated collection of poetry on dance and body dysmorphia, and host a radio show with World Radio Paris called “This is not a poem”. During the day, you can catch them selling foreign rights for an independent publishing house, or riding their bike like a maniac down the streets of Paris.

Alex Brook Lynn
Alex Brook Lynn (ARBL Murray) is a journalist, essayist, and artist living between New York and Paris. She currently produces several radio series for World Radio Paris, and is working on a number of essays about public policy and mental illness. She has worked as a multi-media journalist for FAQ NYC, New York Magazine, The Daily Beast, the New York Daily News, The City, the New York Press, and Vice.

Matt Jones
Matthew James Jones is a poet, novelist, storyteller and veteran whose novel Predators, Reapers and Deadlier Creatures is forthcoming from Double Dagger Press, March 2025. Today, Matt writes and teaches in Paris: leadership at the École Militaire and creative writing at SciencesPo. His many published works interrogate themes of dehumanization, poetics, monsters, masculinity, cross-cultural exchange, and healing. Follow his work and receive a free wordgift.

Katie Lazaro
Katie writes prose and poetry. She is a project manager in publishing and communications, working with multi-national organizations. Her work has appeared in Opiate and Litro Magazine, amongst others. Her interests include fantasy worlds, cooking, and trying to get her dog to love her. Current projects include a collection of poetry and a novel.

EC Pearson
EC writes short stories and novels. She is on sabbatical from a career in cybersecurity. Her work has appeared in HorrorTree.com. She is gifted at getting lost, despite mobiles, maps, and directions. Interests include photography, wandering, and cycling.

Guillaume Richaud
Guillaume writes prose and non-fiction. He is an architect, interests spanning from actual construction techniques to design theory. A current project is the construction of a timber structure elementary school south of Paris. His work has appeared in architectural magazine. Interests include travel, photography, and champagne.

Marissa McCants
Marissa writes essays, prose, and poetry. An educator and translator with an MFA from NYU, her work has appeared in Those That This, The Opiate, and SparkSesh Magazine. Her interests include theology, eco-friendly gardening, and a plant-based lifestyle. Current projects included an upcoming podcast and novel on living with anaphylaxis.

James Gebler
James is an award-winning writer and Creative Director but most of those awards are for funny advertising campaigns so he’s not sure if they really count. He also writes poems to express his feelings, stories to explore his fantasies, and continues to write funny ads to indulge his love of monetary remuneration. James lives in Paris with his life-partner Steve (nee Yusuf Islam), who everyone agrees is a much better cat than Matt Jones’ cat no matter what Matt says.
